IT-ERP Specialist - SAP B1 & Oracle EBS Expert in Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced IT-ERP Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of our ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One (B1) version 10 and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. You will ensure seamless operation of these critical business applications, providing first-level support to end-users and coordinating with overseas teams for complex issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ERP applications including SAP B1 on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2 with HANA database and Oracle EBS R12 on Oracle Linux with HRMS modules.
• Perform installation, administration, and troubleshooting of SAP B1 and Oracle EBS R12.
• Utilize functional knowledge of SAP B1 modules such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and other SCM processes.
• Handle system initialization, setup, and administration tasks: license management, user administration, general settings, authorization, defaults, document printing, and layout design.
• Create and manage SQL queries, SBO Trans Notifications, DTW, UDF, UDT, UDO, FMS, PLD, Add Ons, report layouts, and Crystal Reports.
• Administer HANA Studio, SLD, Control Centre, Extension Manager, and perform housekeeping activities; understand high availability, failover, takeover, and switching between primary and secondary servers.
• Execute Export/Import Schema, set up system and instance backups using HANA Studio and Control Centre.
• Start and stop SAP B1 services via HANA Studio or command-line (Putty).
• Maintain basic network configuration, network switches, rack server hardware, RAID configuration, and SAN storage.
• Communicate with end-users, provide training on SAP B1, and act as first-level support for problem resolution; coordinate with overseas ERP support teams.
• Support new project implementations both onsite and offshore.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP applications, specifically SAP B1 version 10 for HANA on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2 and Oracle EBS R12 on Oracle Linux.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and SCM processes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL query generation, SBO Trans Notifications, DTW, UDF, UDT, UDO, FMS, PLD, Add Ons, report layouts, and Crystal Reports.
• Administration skills in HANA Studio, SLD, Control Centre, and Extension Manager.
• Familiarity with high availability, failover, takeover concepts, and server switching.
• Experience with system backup and instance backup using HANA Studio and Control Centre.
• Basic network configuration and hardware installation skills (switches, rack servers, RAID, SAN).
