About the Job

A leading holding group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join its subsidiary, a well-established women's fashion retail company operating over 45 stores nationwide. Based in Jeddah, this role reports to the Finance Manager and FP&A Manager, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise and hands-on experience with financial modeling, ERP systems, and Power BI to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis and evaluate business performance across retail operations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare management reports and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Build and maintain financial models using advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, scenario analysis).
• Develop custom financial and operational dashboards using Power BI from end to end.
• Support decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and financial insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for building interactive dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Vision, or SAP.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits
